Managed by Katelyn Jones of CAMCO Management with engineering support from SDA Engineers, this occupied condominium community required a complete exterior roofing upgrade while maintaining safe access for residents throughout construction. Lemus Construction completed the installation of 169 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal architectural shingles across the remaining residential buildings while replacing the aging gutter system with custom-fabricated components designed specifically for the property’s architecture.
