I replaced all my windows, and they did an excellent job. Super, dependable family-owned company. I highly recommend Lemus Construction. The estimate was done by the owner and he stayed right on target. They crew is very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. Our windows look amazing! Very friendly and helpful customer service. Roofing repair supervisor explained the process and kept me informed with drone pictures. Lemus was on time and completed project earlier than expected. They also left my property in pristine condition. The only indicator they were there was a beautiful new roof and a small Lemus sign. I plan to use Lemus again and recommend them to friends and family. :)

I am a member of the board for an adult condo community. It was time to replace the roofs/gutters and trim. A MASSIVE project. We vetted 6 vendors. We interviewed, read proposals, asked questions, etc etc. LEMUS continually impressed us with their professionalism, responsiveness and cooperation. We are halfway through a 2 year project. The residents can't say enough positive things about the management, crew, etc. They are honest and VERY easy to work with. Go LEMUS

Update: Lemus Construction came back today and took care of everything. They replaced the wall panel and installed all new window screens of good quality. The team was professional, polite, and completed the work properly. We appreciate that they followed up and resolved the issue. Everything is now in good condition, and we have no further concerns. Thank you for taking care of it. Original review: We had a very disappointing experience with Lemus Constructions during a roof replacement project in our community. It was clear that the workers lacked experience—things were constantly falling, and they caused multiple damages. They broke our deck (which, to their credit, was later repaired), damaged our house wall, and also damaged the front gutter, which now doesn't divert water properly. Additionally, almost all of our window insect screens were torn. When we raised these issues, we were told that they had warned us to remove or protect everything ourselves. Some screens are at a height we simply can't reach, and they aren't easy to remove. In the end, they made it clear that we, the homeowners, are fully responsible, and they bear no accountability. No compensation was offered, and they refused to engage in further conversation. While they were great at selling their services and getting into our community, the actual work seemed to be done by the cheapest, unskilled labor. Everything that could go wrong, did. I strongly advise avoiding this company—if they damage your property, they will not take responsibility, and the quality is awful.

Original Response: Hi Mikhail, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand this situation has involved a lot of back and forth specific to your home, and we recognize that construction work can feel disruptive to daily life. We’ve been made aware of your concerns, have had several conversations with your community management team, and continue to discuss possible options and next steps regarding the items brought to our attention. As you stated, residents were notified prior to construction, where possible, due to the nature of roofing debris, winds, and vibration during installation. These notices are standard throughout the roofing industry and were provided to help minimize the risk of incidental damage during the project. We will continue communicating with you while reviewing the additional concerns raised against our pre construction documentation, as well as coordinating with your HOA board members and working within the scope and responsibilities outlined through the community’s contracted agreements and hope to come to a satisfying conclusion for an updated review.

I am the manager of a condominium association in Lansdale, Pa. We just finished a 7-year roof and gutter replacement project with Lemus Construction. After bidding this project out and meeting with all the bidders, we knew that Lemus was the contractor. The crews are the hardest working people, very respectful, and experienced. Lemus helped us through this project during COVID, inflation, and unexpected circumstances. The adminstrative team and owners are excellent. They met with the Residents each year with powerpoint presentations and answered all their questions to ease their concerns. We sent surveys out each year, and the results were outstanding. I would highly recommend Lemus for your roofing and gutter replacements. They also did some siding repair for us along the way. I cannot say enough about Lemus. Thank you for making my job easy.

Lemus approach to our GLV Roofing Project has been spot on from daily management to workers endurance in exceptional heat, especially on the roofs when the heat registered at 130 degrees. I can verify that my Copperfield neighbors came to the aid of Ken’s roofers and ground help. We refilled Gatorade, lemonade, watermelon, cookies, zucchini loaf and even had a chance to treat all of the ground crew to warm sandwiches of BBQ and salad. The crew is respectful and considerate and they clean up every evening. This is just my message but I am sure so many other folks feel so much the same way.

The crew from Lemus replaced three difficult roof cut out boxes on two of the hottest days of the year. They did an amazing job. This is the third time I have used their company and I can’t rate them highly enough. I’d like to give them six stars!!

I can’t say enough good things about Chris, JJ and the contractors who replaced my roof. Chris showed up at 7am to accommodate my work schedule, had a quote to me within a couple of hours and answered any and all questions. JJ was amazing at sharing the progress and issues that were found, took care of remediating everything and finished timely. The area was clean of debris. He pulled the permits for me, worked with my HOA and was available for any question

This is the 3rd time we have worked with Lemus for a new roof. Very happy with their work. Professional and efficient. We found a couple of things that needed to be tweaked, and they did not hesitate to take care of them ASAP. I highly recommend them.

Lemus descended upon our townhome community to replace our long lived roofs. The crew did everything they possibly could to protect gardens, screens, windows, etc. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. As part of their charge they repaired areas of damage when they found such, they brought areas around windows and chimneys into spec, and they connected exhaust vents and replaced skylights while making sure the attics vented properly through the gable vents and soffits. We also had very nice 6 inch gutters and downspouts installed. After each section they did the best they could to remove scattered nails both by hand and with strong rolling magnets. You know how you can tell a project went well? When you meet and become friendly with the crew. For instance: Harry R. Caesar Robin Pablo Carlos Christian Jesus Jose Mario... If you're looking at a roof project certainly give Lemus Construction a shot at providing a proposal.
