Where to even start with a company this great. Meeting Jose for an estimate he went theu everything possible with what we were looking at having done and in our budget. Josie helped big time with all the planning and emails back and forth to make everything an easy process and any questions were quickley answered. Then to Daniel and his crew that did a full install of all new plywood and shingles thank you! They were so very polite and made sure everynail n piece of trash was raked out from the gardens. Lemus construction did an amazing job on our home. The project included a new roof, new sky lights, new siding, new trim, and a new composite deck. This was an extensive project, yet all of the work was completed within the timelines and budget as quoted. The crews were friendly and courteous and left the worksite tidy after each workday. A very competent foreman was on site directing the work each day. We can't say enough about how happy and satisfied we are with Lemus Construction and their beautiful restoration of our home!

Recently had Lemus Construction in Warminster Pa complete a re-siding project on my town house in Sutphin Pines in Yardley …. We recently purchased a new home in Voorhees NJ we had Lemus construction do our new roof all new windows and front door and sliding door . We cannot state how pleased we are with our entire job . I replaced all my windows, and they did an excellent job. Super, dependable family-owned company. I highly recommend Lemus Construction. The estimate was done by the owner and he stayed right on target. They crew is very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. Our windows look amazing! Update: Lemus Construction came back today and took care of everything. They replaced the wall panel and installed all new window screens of good quality. The team was professional, polite, and completed the work properly. We appreciate that they followed up and resolved the issue. Everything is now in good condition, and we have no further concerns. Thank you for taking care of it. Original review: We had a very disappointing experience with Lemus Constructions during a roof replacement project in our community. It was clear that the workers lacked experience—things were constantly falling, and they caused multiple damages. They broke our deck (which, to their credit, was later repaired), damaged our house wall, and also damaged the front gutter, which now doesn't divert water properly. Additionally, almost all of our window insect screens were torn. When we raised these issues, we were told that they had warned us to remove or protect everything ourselves. Some screens are at a height we simply can't reach, and they aren't easy to remove. In the end, they made it clear that we, the homeowners, are fully responsible, and they bear no accountability. No compensation was offered, and they refused to engage in further conversation. While they were great at selling their services and getting into our community, the actual work seemed to be done by the cheapest, unskilled labor. Everything that could go wrong, did. I strongly advise avoiding this company—if they damage your property, they will not take responsibility, and the quality is awful.

We understand this situation has involved a lot of back and forth specific to your home, and we recognize that construction work can feel disruptive to daily life. We’ve been made aware of your concerns, have had several conversations with your community management team, and continue to discuss possible options and next steps regarding the items brought to our attention. As you stated, residents were notified prior to construction, where possible, due to the nature of roofing debris, winds, and vibration during installation. These notices are standard throughout the roofing industry and were provided to help minimize the risk of incidental damage during the project. We will continue communicating with you while reviewing the additional concerns raised against our pre construction documentation, as well as coordinating with your HOA board members and working within the scope and responsibilities outlined through the community’s contracted agreements and hope to come to a satisfying conclusion for an updated review.

The Lemus crew was quick and efficient. They protected the house and surrounding landscaping while removing the old roof. They repaired the rotting wood and finished off the project making the roof look better than it did when new. They installed a more efficient ridge vent as well as improved soffit vents to address to old roof's insufficient ventilation and moisture issues. None of the other roofing companies that quoted the job offered these solutions, even though they were aware of our moisture problem. I was impressed with the Lemus team's knowledge of roofs and the products available to address ventilation/moisture issues. Our attic no longer has that stale, musty smell from accumulated moisture, plus the roof looks great.

The crew from Lemus replaced three difficult roof cut out boxes on two of the hottest days of the year. They did an amazing job. This is the third time I have used their company and I can’t rate them highly enough. I’d like to give them six stars!!
