I am a member of the board for an adult condo community. It was time to replace the roofs/gutters and trim. A MASSIVE project. We vetted 6 vendors. We interviewed, read proposals, asked questions, etc etc. LEMUS continually impressed us with their professionalism, responsiveness and cooperation.We are halfway through a 2 year project. I can’t say enough good things about Chris, JJ and the contractors who replaced my roof. Chris showed up at 7am to accommodate my work schedule, had a quote to me within a couple of hours and answered any and all questions. JJ was amazing at sharing the progress and issues that were found, took care of remediating everything and finished timely. The area was clean of debris. He pulled the permits for me, worked with my HOA and was available for any question

Update: Lemus Construction came back today and took care of everything. They replaced the wall panel and installed all new window screens of good quality. The team was professional, polite, and completed the work properly.We appreciate that they followed up and resolved the issue. Everything is now in good condition, and we have no further concerns. Thank you for taking care of it.Original review: We had a very disappointing experience with Lemus Constructions during a roof replacement project in our community. It was clear that the workers lacked experience—things were constantly falling, and they caused multiple damages. They broke our deck (which, to their credit, was later repaired), damaged our house wall, and also damaged the front gutter, which now doesn't divert water properly. Additionally, almost all of our window insect screens were torn.When we raised these issues, we were told that they had warned us to remove or protect everything ourselves. Some screens are at a height we simply can't reach, and they aren't easy to remove. In the end, they made it clear that we, the homeowners, are fully responsible, and they bear no accountability. No compensation was offered, and they refused to engage in further conversation.While they were great at selling their services and getting into our community, the actual work seemed to be done by the cheapest, unskilled labor. Everything that could go wrong, did. I strongly advise avoiding this company—if they damage your property, they will not take responsibility, and the quality is awful.

The Lemus crew was quick and efficient. They protected the house and surrounding landscaping while removing the old roof. They repaired the rotting wood and finished off the project making the roof look better than it did when new. They installed a more efficient ridge vent as well as improved soffit vents to address to old roof's insufficient ventilation and moisture issues. None of the other roofing companies that quoted the job offered these solutions, even though they were aware of our moisture problem. I was impressed with the Lemus team's knowledge of roofs and the products available to address ventilation/moisture issues. Our attic no longer has that stale, musty smell from accumulated moisture, plus the roof looks great.

Great company, I highly recommend! Complete roof tear off (2 layers) and replacement on a 2800sf colonial including removal of old solar panels and skylight replacement as well as gutter replacement completed in under 2 days. Extremely professional and knowledgeable crew and management. They are efficient, neat, courteous, and meticulous. The finished product is amazing, price and financing options are great, and the Warranty is the best in the business.

Where to even start with a company this great. Meeting Jose for an estimate he went theu everything possible with what we were looking at having done and in our budget. Josie helped big time with all the planning and emails back and forth to make everything an easy process and any questions were quickley answered. Then to Daniel and his crew that did a full install of all new plywood and shingles thank you! They were so very polite and made sure everynail n piece of trash was raked out from the gardens. Lemus approach to our GLV Roofing Project has been spot on from daily management to workers endurance in exceptional heat, especially on the roofs when the heat registered at 130 degrees.I can verify that my Copperfield neighbors came to the aid of Ken’s roofers and ground help. We refilled Gatorade, lemonade, watermelon, cookies, zucchini loaf and even had a chance to treat all of the ground crew to warm sandwiches of BBQ and salad.The crew is respectful and considerate and they clean up every evening.This is just my message but I am sure so many other folks feel so much the same way.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Roofing repair supervisor explained the process and kept me informed with drone pictures. Lemus was on time and completed project earlier than expected. They also left my property in pristine condition. The only indicator they were there was a beautiful new roof and a small Lemus sign. I plan to use Lemus again and recommend them to friends and family. :)

The merchants were very knowledgeable, explaining everything from the construction of the windows themselves to the installation process. The workman was knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. He was polite and easy to work with. The installation was seamless from start to finish. One of the supervisores came out to check his work.I will definitely hire them again and refer them to others.

Lemus descended upon our townhome community to replace our long lived roofs. The crew did everything they possibly could to protect gardens, screens, windows, etc. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. As part of their charge they repaired areas of damage when they found such, they brought areas around windows and chimneys into spec, and they connected exhaust vents and replaced skylights while making sure the attics vented properly through the gable vents and soffits.We also had very nice 6 inch gutters and downspouts installed.After each section they did the best they could to remove scattered nails both by hand and with strong rolling magnets.You know how you can tell a project went well? We had a disastrous situation by a previous contractor (I'd love to name them but won't) on our commercial roof. We were expecting a full replacement would be needed. Victor met with us on site. We walked the entire roof and he pointed out the problem spots and explained in detail, the work that would be needed to remedy our issues. His estimate was very fair and he was up front about some potential additional work that might be needed that could not be determined at the time of the survey. Those costs came in at a minimum when the work was done. Lemus's professionalism & craftsmanship was incredible from the start of the process to the end. Our issues are completely resolved and we are no longer worried every time it rains!

Lemus construction did an amazing job on our home. The project included a new roof, new sky lights, new siding, new trim, and a new composite deck. This was an extensive project, yet all of the work was completed within the timelines and budget as quoted. The crews were friendly and courteous and left the worksite tidy after each workday. A very competent foreman was on site directing the work each day. We can't say enough about how happy and satisfied we are with Lemus Construction and their beautiful restoration of our home!
