Hundreds of FirstResidential associates and industry service providers are expected to descend on the Convention Center for this day-long program that includes networking, a tradeshow, and a keynote speech by Robert Spector, author of the national bestseller The Nordstrom Way. Spector’s talk is designed to educate the audience on delivering a set of principles for excellent customer service.
