Hunters Chase Roof Replacement:
Expert exterior renovations with property protection in Evesham, NJ
Project Timeline: March 9 to March 14, 2026
Hunters Chase Apartments in Evesham Township, New Jersey, is a community known for its wooded surroundings, landscaped setting, & comfortable apartment living. For a property like this, exterior renovation work demands more than speed alone; it requires discipline, planning, communication, & a jobsite approach that respects both the buildings and the people who live around them. That is exactly how the Lemus Construction team handled this roofing replacement renovation.
This project was completed at Hunters Chase Apartments in Burlington County, in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, NJ. The work was coordinated in partnership with Scully Property Management. On-site improvements were led by Project Manager Wilson, who oversaw day-to-day progress, field coordination, equipment scheduling, site protection, crew communication, & overall quality control from start to finish.
The scope of work focused on a full roofing replacement for one residential building within the community. The building measured approximately 122 squares, and the selected shingle color was Weathered Wood, a dependable architectural shingle choice that complements the community’s natural setting while delivering strong curb appeal. The exterior renovation work began on March 9, 2026, and was completed on March 14, 2026, keeping the schedule tight, efficient, & well organized.
To support production and material handling, the team used two JCB telehandlers, along with our Equipter trucks on-site. This equipment played a crucial role in ensuring the safe movement of materials, improving efficiency during tear-off and installation, & helping to keep the site cleaner throughout the process. Support services for the jobsite also included a Pro Green dumpster and Pro Green restroom setup, thanks to ProGreen Management, allowing the crew to maintain a functional, professional work environment while keeping logistics streamlined.
A major priority on this community update was protecting the surrounding property throughout construction. At Hunters Chase, that meant taking extra care to ensure no falling debris was left behind and that nearby portions of the building and community were not damaged during the roofing process. In multifamily environments, attention to these details matters. Residents, management teams, parked vehicles, landscaped grounds, walkways, and shared-use spaces all require active protection during exterior renovation work. This is where experience, process, & strong field leadership make a visible difference.
Communication and site coordination were key to maintaining momentum on the project. With permits received through Evesham Township and start notices already emailed in advance, the team was positioned to move efficiently once work began. Organized field operations helped minimize disruption while keeping progress consistent across the restoration work timeline. That level of preparation matters on multifamily roofing jobs, where timelines, access, resident awareness, equipment movement, & cleanliness all need to stay aligned.
From an exterior renovation standpoint, this restoration work reflects the value of combining production strength with careful oversight. Roofing replacement is not just about removing old materials and installing new ones. It is also about preserving the integrity of the property during the process, delivering a finished result that performs well over time, & maintaining a professional standard that property managers can rely on. For Hunters Chase Apartments, that meant executing the work with a clear plan, proper equipment, responsive management, & close attention to site conditions from beginning to end.
One of the biggest challenges on multifamily roofing projects is balancing production speed with property protection. Crews must move efficiently without allowing cleanup, safety, or communication to fall behind. On this community update, that challenge was addressed through organized equipment use, strong leadership from Wilson, & a team approach centered on control, cleanliness, & accountability. The result was a completed roofing project that supported both performance and presentation for the property.
Community improvement in Hunters Chase shows what professional exterior renovation should look like in an occupied multifamily setting. It should be well managed, clearly communicated, properly equipped, & executed with respect for the community. At Lemus Construction, that standard is built into every phase of the work. From site coordination to final cleanup, the goal is always the same: deliver durable results, protect the property, & complete the job with confidence.
